Going to watch Raw and then hit the sack…not sure why I’m going to watch it; I’m only disappointed in what I see lately….
Today was a better day that the weekend was eating-wise…not the greatest, but I’ve definitely had worse days. I hate the few days before your period gets here. It’s so hard to stay in control….

Day 1
I saw a post called “30 day weight loss challenge” and I thought I should give it a shot. I can’t try and do everything on my own. I joined here to be inspired by other people in the same boat I’m in and am not going to get any farther if I don’t try and open up, at least a little bit. So, today is going to be my day 1 of this challenge.
